We meet on Tuesday evenings from 8pm to 9pm in the Main Hall.
Workout has regular attendees.
We specialise in circuit training with an informal atmosphere where you set the pace rather than having to follow an impossibly fit gym instructor. There are a range of exercises on offer to increase strength and suppleness plus boosting cardiovascular performance.
