Chair

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Chair of the Notley Green Community Association
(NGCA).
The NGCA is a charitable organisation responsible for the running of the Village Hall in Great Notley.
Roles and responsibilities include:- Work with the hall manager and committee members to deliver the annual maintenance plan
- Help to plan and organise fundraising events to ensure the organisation remains financially stable
- Lead 4-6 committee meetings a year to discuss progress and ensure the smooth running of the organisation
The ideal candidate will be able to donate a few ad hoc hours a week to the role.
This is a voluntary role and a great chance to be part of this thriving local community group.

Treasurer

Do you have an accountancy background and willing to support a local, charitable community group?
We have a vacancy for the role of Treasurer for the Notley Green Community Association (NGCA) based in
Great Notley.
This is a voluntary role and a great chance to be involved in this local charity, which looks after the smooth running
of the village hall.
Roles and responsibilities include:- General financial over-sight
- Financial planning and cash-flow management
- Maintenance of financial records
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Attendance at regular committee meetings
